How Buffalo Hauling handles what you send through this website.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form (your name, phone, job address and optional job details) and any photos you attach. We also record how you found this site, like the page you landed on or the link you clicked.
How we use it
We use it to give you a quote, contact you about your job, and understand which of our advertising works. We do not sell your information.
How your request reaches us
Quote requests, including your photos, are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service. We also keep a short record of each request (reference number, name, phone, city and your description) for 90 days, so no request gets lost.
Saved form progress
If you start a quote and leave before sending, what you typed is kept in your own browser on that device, so you can pick up where you left off. It is not sent to us until you press send. It's erased when you send, when you tap “Start over,” or after 48 hours. Photos are never saved this way.
Photos
Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which also strips hidden location data from most photos. We use them only to quote your job and do not post them publicly without your permission.
Analytics and ads
This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and quote requests. These services use cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad settings in your Google account.
Questions or removal
To ask what we have on file or to have it removed, email [email protected] or send a request through our quote form with “privacy request” in the details.
