How does pricing work?
We give you a price range by phone from your photos and the job address, then lock in the price when we arrive.
When do I pay?
You pay when the job is done.
What counties do you serve?
We're based in Mansfield and serve 34 Ohio counties around it: Ashland County, Coshocton County, Crawford County, Cuyahoga County, Delaware County, Erie County, Fairfield County, Franklin County, Guernsey County, Hancock County, Hardin County, Holmes County, Huron County, Knox County, Licking County, Logan County, Lorain County, Marion County, Medina County, Morrow County, Muskingum County, Ottawa County, Perry County, Portage County, Richland County, Sandusky County, Seneca County, Stark County, Summit County, Tuscarawas County, Union County, Wayne County, Wood County, Wyandot County. We also haul anywhere in Ohio; longer trips are quoted by distance.
What do you take?
Furniture and couches, mattresses, pianos, appliances (refrigerators included, working or not), TVs, desks and filing cabinets, books, totes and bins, and garbage (we'll bag it too). Garage, basement, attic, storage unit, single-room, rental and estate cleanouts. Yard junk and curb piles, sheds, hot tubs, remodel and construction debris, commercial pickups, bulk loads, and heavy item delivery from point A to point B (furniture, appliances, pianos, hot tubs, sheds). And much more: if it isn't listed, ask and we'll let you know.
Do I need photos for a quote?
Yes. Photos help us price it right. Send them through the quote form, along with the job address.
How fast do you call back?
We call you back in under 24 hours after you send a quote request. Want a certain time? Put it in the project description and that's when we'll call.
How do I get a quote?
Send a few photos and the job address through the quote form. We look it over and call you back with a price range. You can also call us at (567) 303-2314.
Who runs Buffalo Hauling?
Josh and Julia Culbertson. It's their family business out of Mansfield, Ohio: no franchise, no call center. Your photos come straight to us, we price the job, and we show up to haul it.
What don't you take?
We don't take fencing. If you're unsure about something else, send a photo through the quote form and we'll tell you.
Do you take appliances that don't work?
Yes, working or not. Refrigerators, TVs, microwaves and the like. Send a photo of what you've got.
Can you take just one or two things?
Small loads are fine. Send a photo of what you've got and where it is.
Do you take pianos?
Yes. Send photos showing the piano and the way out of the house.
Garage and basement in the same job?
Yes. Send photos of each area so we can price it all at once.
Do you clean out storage units?
Yes. Send photos of the unit and the facility's address.
Attics and rental properties?
Yes. Send photos of each space, including the stairs or hatch down from an attic.
Estate sale or auction leftovers?
Yes. Send photos of what's left and the job address.
How far will you drive?
Anywhere in Ohio. Longer trips are quoted by distance, so put the full job address on the form.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Overflowing dumpster pads and other commercial pickups. Send photos and the address.
Can you remove an old shed?
Yes. Send photos from a few sides so we can see the size and what it's made of.
What counts as a bulk load?
A lot of mixed stuff going at once. Send one wide photo of all of it and we'll price the whole load.
Do you come to my town?
If it's in Ohio, yes. Longer trips are quoted by distance, so put the full job address on the quote form.
Do you do moving?
No full moves. We do heavy item delivery: pick up something heavy at point A and bring it to point B. Furniture, appliances, pianos, hot tubs, sheds, Marketplace and Craigslist finds. Send photos and both addresses through the quote form.
